Details
For when you want to know more.
Turn on “Collect appointment requests” and “Collect requests” for your representative. When a visitor asks for a meeting or makes a request, your representative turns the details into a summary; once the visitor confirms it, the request lands in Requests in your account. Your representative never confirms an appointment itself; you get back to them. If you have a booking link, you can add it to your card too.
With request collection on, your representative doesn’t make up an answer; it offers to pass the question to you. If the visitor agrees, only that short question reaches you, not the rest of the chat. You answer, and the visitor reads your reply in My Requests. This works in text chat.
Only the email, WhatsApp and booking link you explicitly add to your card. Nothing from your account is shared automatically.
Use your representative link in your bio, email signature or printed card. When you update your details, the link stays the same.
You choose its personality and what it talks about. Talk to it yourself and test it before you publish.

Yes. Your representative’s Share window has a ready QR code; print it on your card or use the link in any QR tool you like.

No. Your representative collects the request and passes it to you; you confirm the time and get back to the visitor.
