Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data Tasda processes through its website and mobile apps, why it is processed, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you.
Data we collect
- Account data such as name, username, email address, profile image, and language preference.
- Content such as chat messages, uploaded files, representative settings, scenarios, voice recordings, and image inputs.
- Usage data such as features used, credit activity, errors, and security events.
- Device and technical data such as IP address, operating system, app version, browser, and approximate region.
- Payment data such as plan, transaction, and invoice status. Tasda does not store full card details; they are handled by the payment provider.
How and why we use data
We process data to operate accounts and conversations, generate representative responses, provide file and voice features, calculate credits, manage payments and subscriptions, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve the service. Depending on the context, the legal basis may be performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations, or your consent.
AI and service providers
Messages, files, or audio may be sent to selected AI, speech, hosting, authentication, analytics, and payment providers when needed to fulfill a request. Providers should receive only the data required for their role. Tasda does not sell personal data to data brokers or share it for third-party behavioral advertising.
Microphone, photos, and files
Access is requested only when you use the relevant feature and grant device permission. Uploaded content is processed to perform the action you select. You may use another person’s voice or likeness only when you have the necessary rights and permission.
What representative owners can see
When you talk to a representative created by another user, its owner sees a short AI-generated summary of the conversation. For personal and business representatives the owner can also see the whole conversation; for character representatives only the summary is shown. Your name and account details are not shown to the owner — you appear as an anonymous visitor — but contact details you write in the chat yourself (e-mail, phone) are shown. The owner can send you a message through the chat; you get a notification if you are signed in and an e-mail if you wrote your e-mail address in the chat. When you delete a conversation, its summary and the contact details you shared in it are removed from the owner as well. Each chat screen also says this.
Retention
Account data may be retained while your account remains open. Conversations and created content may be retained until you delete them, delete your account, or the service and security purpose ends. Security logs, backups, and financial records may be retained for a limited additional period where technically or legally required.
Security and international transfers
We use reasonable measures such as transport security, access controls, limited authorization, and logging. No online system is completely risk-free. Providers may operate outside the EEA; where required, standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards are used.
Your rights and account deletion
You may request access, correction, portability, restriction, objection, or deletion, subject to applicable law. Delete your account in the app’s account settings or use the account deletion page. You may also have the right to complain to a competent data protection authority.
Children and changes
Tasda is not directed to children under 13. A higher local age of digital consent may apply. We may update this policy as the product or law changes and will provide appropriate notice of material changes.
